Shipping & Returns


Shipping with CTRL +ALT +DEL Coffee Company will be carried out using third party services. We are not responsible for shipping pricing. We suggest for cheaper rates to either purchase using our subscription services or purchasing a larger quantity at checkout rather than small batches at a time. We will try our best to meet the needs of all customers. IF you live in participating locations as follows: Brantford, Cambridge, Eden Mills, Georgetown, Guelph, Halton Hills, Hamilton, Milton, Rockwood, Waterloo and Laurier University Campuses; you may be capable to receive shipping performed by our company staff members. This option is typically more reliable, cheaper, and quicker than alternatives. Our staff is able to reach these locations often between Friday to Sunday. We are able to further negotiate in-person meet-up locations OR drop orders off at homes. Final prices are to be determined by our company based on distance from our warehouse.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer NO returns or exchanges. NO refunds or in-store credit.

Due to coffee being expensive and because of our small scale business, we will not be able to offer refunds. NO seal should ever be broken, however, we cannot guarantee all zippers inside the packaging will be fully functional. They are rather a compliment and a benefit to the design if properly manufactured, however, it will not have an effect on the quality of the coffee and should not permit a reasonable excuse for a refund.
