This holiday season we are partnering up with the Guelph Junction Team consisting of Home Group Realty, Granite Homes, Fixed Gear Brewing and with the support of The Mom Market Guelph to fundraise for Community of Hearts.

Our contribution will be a donation in addition to 10% of sales of our new Holiday 2021 Blend to Community of Hearts.
